THE GIVING TREE
Within our Skilled Nursing facility, just beyond the main entrance, stands this years GIVING TREE. When you visit Gold Country and wish to give a gift to one of our skilled nursing residents and brighten their Christmas, take an ornament off the tree. Take that ornament to the Activity Department and they will let you choose a resident and will give you their wish list. Presents are due back in the facility, wrapped with the resident's name on them by Monday, December 20th.

New Freezers and Refrigerators
for Gold Country
In October, construction began on new freezers and refrigerators for both kitchens at Gold Country. This means also that each kitchen gained a whole lotta room inside due to the dismantling of the old appliances.
Kitchen Staff and Managers are thrilled at the double benefit of this project and look forward to completing construction in January 2011.
